Transfer A Conversation to A Colleague Operator
| If you have more than one seat, and a on-line visitor needs to transfer a conversation to another colleague operator, this function is quite useful and convenient. |
Right click a chatting visitor and choose Transfer this conversation in the pop-up menu.
Choose the target operator in the list (This operator shall be on-line)
The target operator double click the visitor in the Transferring list to accept the conversation.
Transferring completed.
